Sleeper Framer Cab Fixturing Systems
Consists of:
- Lift support structure
- Inner lift frame
- Pneumatically actuated locating fixturing
- Pneumatic clamping system
- Electric hoist
- Safety and operation controls
Features:
- Front Floor Support Arms are pneumatically actuated into and out of build position in order to make room for the Floor to roll through the Framer on the dolly
- Fixture Locating Arms extend from inside the Sleeper as opposed from the outside, this allows for better access loading the Sub-Assemblies from the periphery of the fixture
Sleeper Back Wall Framer
Features:
- Hoist-operated gantry allows the operator to adjust the framer to an ergonomic height and easily adjust this height during the process
- Hoist with pendant control
- Pendant is fixed mounted on a support leg of the framer
- All pins, pads, and clamps are adjustable with shimmed hardened positive stops
- Anti-friction slides and bearings
Sleeper Sidewall Framer
Features:
- Hoist-operated gantry allows the operator to adjust the framer to an ergonomic height and easily adjust this height during the process
- Hoist with pendant control
- Pendant is fixed mounted on a support leg of the framer
- All pins, pads, and clamps are adjustable with shimmed hardened positive stops
- Anti-friction slides and bearings
Extended Cab Manipulators
Features:
- Manual Clamp negates the necessity of compressed air for operation, simplifying installation requirements
- Pedestal Mounted Extended Cab Handling Device to Unload Extended
- Articulating Arm pivots with respect to the pedestal support column by utilizing anti-friction bearings
- Air Logic Controlled
