2021 Project Updates

We recently installed our drive unit and dual power inverter module assembly lines that consisted of over 35 robots and 160 work stations, sunroof flush assist, CPM installation assist, and a robotic CNC welding gantry. We just finished our in house testing on a 10-Spindle PIAD Head Torque System, 95′ long track with a robot propeller handling robot, and die changer manipulator assist. We are currently engineering a second robotic sanding system for paint removal, a sleeper framer system, and performing a robot projectile loading engineering study and prototype build.
