Summer 2016 Project Updates

rpGatta spent the summer engineering two new bushing presses systems that will press a bushing into five different models of front and rear arm suspensions. We also designed an automated tire bead handling system using four 6-axis robots that our controls engineers are integrating with bead winding and bead covering machines, queue stations, and a rack conveyor system. These projects are all currently being built in our shop this Fall.
