Winter 2017 Project Updates

rpGatta is starting the New Year finishing our two automated tire bead handling systems, which each use four 6-axis robots to transfer tire beads between bead winding and bead covering machines, queue stations, and a rack conveyor system.

In addition, this winter we completed the design and manufacturing of a 6-station hub sub-assembly machine and a dual headlamp aiming system. We are currently designing four robotic systems for the United States Air Force, a robotic engine and transmission VIN stamp cell, and a 6-station steering knuckle assembly system.
